Most fleets find out what they overspent when the quarter closes.

Fleet Advisr shows you where it is leaking now.

Every engagement ends with a report built for the board room: the total opportunity, the levers behind it, and a ranked plan with owners and payback.

FAQ

Common questions

What data do you need from us?

We start with your public DOT and FMCSA record, so there is nothing to send at first. For the full review we ask for twelve months of fuel card, maintenance and work order exports, plus ELD data where you have it. Exports are fine; we do not need access to your systems.

How long does the analysis take?

It depends mostly on how quickly the data exports come in. We agree on a delivery date with you before work starts, and most of the time is ours, not your team’s.

Is this a software subscription?

No. The audit is a fixed-scope advisory engagement and the retainer is a monthly review with our team. Carrier Search is a separate tool.

How is pricing set?

By fleet size and scope. Call or email for a quote for your fleet.

What happens after the report?

We walk your leadership team through the findings. From there you can run the plan yourselves, keep us on a monthly retainer to track results, or have us help put it in place.

A short call to see if we are a fit. If we are, we start with your public snapshot before asking for anything else.
